  The room was very impressive and clean. Oliver and Bonacini restaurant was outstanding.

  People speak loudly late at night without regard for sleeping visitors. I found the walls provided little sound barriers so we were awakened several times between 12 am. and 2 am. with people talking loud in the hallway. Even in the room adjoining ours, we could hear the other guest cough.

  The double suite was fantasic for me and my family , very comfortable . The underground parking was nice aswell . Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly .

  The staff was beyond attentive and on the ball. Also, the room was lovely and it is great having a sink, stove, dishwasher, dishes and a fridge in the room. Would go back everytime I go to Collingwood/Blue Mountain.

  Room service was nice to have but because the rooms are so far from the main kitchen the food was a little cool.

  Great location. Nice balcony with a view and comfortable, clean room with fridge, microwave and dishware too.

  Bed was not very comfortable (mattress was too hard) and only one small soap in bathroom.

  The design of the building, the room was very nice. Being able to walk to the village was great. The pool was nice.

  Very friendly staff

  Ac to loud outside the hotel, couldn`t sleep with open windows. Only one restaurant in the building. No free wlan in the room.

  The restaurants in the hotel are a bit pricey and no internet in room unless you pay for it.

  Always enjoy my stay. Staff are friendly and courteous and hotel is always so welcoming.

  I saw an advertisement in the hotel that apple cider was served in front of the fireplace between a few hours before dinner. When I went down, it was not available.

  The Location was great! Was right beside the Ski Lift. The amenities were awesome....Outdoor Pool and Hot Tub during the coldest winter days. Great Service!

  The Price is high depending on when you go...but I guess that is normal

  Proximity to village and room comfort

  overcrowded hot tubs. maitre d' at Oliver and Bonacini who told us there was no space for us (2 of us) when the whole restaurant was empty. Different maitre d' happened by and seated us right away.

  Liked the fact that we could walk to the mountain. Found it to be very quiet, didnt hear noise from hallway in the morning. Very relaxing, staff was very friendly.
